I’m a PhD student in Computer Science at UT Austin, advised by Eric Price. My research interests are in machine learning and statistics. I am most interested in generative models, especially LLMs and diffusion models. Currently, I am a Student Researcher at Google DeepMind, working on empirical LLM research. Previously, I was a visiting student at MIT and UC Berkeley, and a Research Intern at UW Madison. Apart from my academic experiences, I have engineering experience from internships at Jane Street and Bloomberg, as well as several projects from my undergraduate days and prior. I also performed well at programming competitions at the national level (perfect score on the Indian National Olympiad in Informatics, selected for the IOI training camp).
